Beverly was born 17 Oct 1935 in Catskill, New York to William Hiram Fancher and Grace Beatrice Roe. ^[1]

In 1940 & 1950, Beverly was living with her parents and siblings on their dairy farm in Conesville, New York. ^{[2] [3]}

On 14 May 1960, Beverly married Thomas Stewart Hubbard in Dickinson, New York. ^[4] Beverly and Thomas had 3 sons. ^[5]

Beverly passed away in 1991. She was buried in Manorkill Cemetery in Manorkill, Schoharie County, New York. ^[6]
