Biography
Pink Fant is a part of US Black heritage.
Pink John Fant, Jr. was born about 1880 in South Carolina. He was the son of Pink Fant and Martha Palmer. [1]
He married Mattie Williams on 25 September 1909 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.[2]
He died in 1932 and was buried at Fairlawn Cemetery in Oklahoma City.[3]
Research notes
His WWI draft registration lists his birth date as 5 November 1875 (which would, probably, make him the same person as "Franklin" listed in the 1880 census). His wife was named Mattie and he was a railroad train porter.[4]
