Biography
In the 1840 census record to the right (not a very good image!), Jesse Faulk is second from the bottom. His son, William Faulk, is the eighth name above Jesse's. Find-A-Grave has no listing for either man.
The second census record is for 1850 Marion County, Mississippi and shows the names of the family members still living at home. Jesse Faulk's age is given as 65 which would put his birth year at 1785 and also shows his birthplace as North Carolina.
Lucy is Lucy Nance, also born in North Carolina.
