Biography

Birth & Upbringing: Frederick, as he preferred to be called, was born in 1847. [1] He is the son of Henry Field and Maria Parsons and a sibling to James, Henry, George, Edward, Charlotte, Angelina, and Mary Ann.
Marriage and Own Family: He married Jane Lawrence on 8 September 1867 and together they raised two children. In the St. Peters area of Canterbury Frederick was widowed in 1876, when Jane passed away. It appears he moved to Bromley, Kent and is reflected in the 1901 Census. [2]
Occupation The 1861 Census suggests he was a baker by trade [3]. He became a Station Inspector. [2]
Known Residences: He was raised in the North Lane area of Canterbury.[4] [3]; St. Peter Place, Holy Cross Westgate Within, Canterbury, Kent [5]; 62 Weldale Road, Reading St. Mary, Berkshire [6] [7]; 6 Wharton Road, Bromley, Kent [2]; Park Grange Farm, Moreton Thame Park, Thame, Oxfordshire [8].
Demise: He passed away at Ploughley and Bullingdon, Oxfordshire, in the last quarter of 1942. [9]
