Biography
Frederick was born on 27th December 1913, and can be found on the Birth Index as Frederick W. J. Foat mothers maiden name Hoope March quarter of 1914 in Thanet, Kent.[1] volume 2a page 1994. He was the son of William Foat and Eleanor Hooper.
Frederick appears on the British Army WWI Service records as the son of William Frederick Foat.[2][3]Dependents of the Recruit. Ellinor May Foat nee Hooper wife married on 26th October 1913 at St Augustines in Ramsgate. Son Frederick William John born 29th December 1913 in Ramsgate, Kent.
Frederick appears on the 1930s Kelly`s Street Directory.[4] living at 57 Eaton Road in Margate, Kent.
He passed away in 1996 and can be found on the Death index as Frederick William J Foat, aged 82 birth 27th December 1913 in Thaney, Kent.[5]register number B16D District 5751B.
