William was born about 1765.
Aug. 1787; Aug. Ct. 1787. MARGARET SHEARIN asked WILLIAM FOOTE. Gave power of Attorney for him to collect debts, rents & accts, due her. Wit: JOHN COLCLOUGH & NEVEY(?) COLCLOUGH.[1]
He passed away in 1834.
