Both the local and state copies of the death certificate have been obtained and reviewed
The informant, Andrew's son Lebby Fore, was born in 1894 in Mississippi. He moved with the family to Florida where they were living in Wildwood by 1909. While it is possible that he may have known his grandfather personally, it is more likely that he heard about him growing up. The data included in the document is most likely second- or third-hand information.
Andrew's father is identified as William Daniel Fore, born Mississippi
