William was born in 1749 in Manakin Town, Virginia. He was the son of Pierre Faure and Marie Gaudwin.
William married Magdelaine Loe about 1775 and they had the following children[1]:

William died in 1820 in New Castle, Henry County, Kentucky.[3]
