Anna Foster was born in 1739 to Moses and Mary Foster according to the Massachusettes Vital and Town Records. But its unclear which Moses and Mary Foster. But according to Palmer Groups; John Melvin of Charlestown and Concord, Mass , and his descendants, Nathan Melvin bought land from Moses and Mary Foster in "Dorchester Canada" aka Western Massachusetts. Moses and Mary Foster-the ones that lived and owned land in Dorchester Canada had 11 children...one of whom was Anna Foster born 9 Dec 1739. The location suggests that this is the Anna that married Nathan Melvin but is not yet confirmed.
