Masco was born in 1891. He is the son of John Fowler and Vermillion Daughtry. In 1900, the family was living in Gilley's, Dale, Alabama.[1]
Masco registered for the WWI draft in Houston County, Alabama. He was single and farming at the time. He was described as talt with a medium build, grey eyes and dark hair.[2]
Masco married Belle Brannon. By 1920, they were living in Dothan, Houston County, Alabama, and had a 3 year old daughter named Susie. Masco was working as an automobile mechanic.[3]
He passed away in 1970. Burial was in the Jellico Community Cemetery in Houston County, Alabama.[4]
