Biography
Lizzie was the daughter of Robert Henry Francis (1884-1976) and Mary Ann (Pellow) Francis (1889-1974), of Oso Township, Frontenac County, Ontario.[1]
She married Hilyard Lutz when she was 19.[2] They had ten children.[3]
