William (Francisco) Sisco has German Roots.

Biography

William Anderson “Ance” Sisco (Francisco) was reportedly born on November 27, 1870 in Johnson County, Kentucky. He was the son of Oscar Francisco and Elizabeth Ann Webb.

He was the maternal grandson of John Jackson Webb and Phoebe Elizabeth Butcher. He was the maternal great-grandson of William Webb, Sr. and Nancy Green and Jacob Butcher and Arta Dotson.

William married his first wife Lucretia Mollett (daughter of James Bay Mollett and Phoebe Jane Music) circa 1890. They were the parents of several children.

He married his second wife Lucy Bowen (daughter of Richard Bowen and Phoebe Johnson) on August 15, 1919 in Job, Martin County, Kentucky.

William passed away at the age of eighty-eight on June 20, 1959 in Davisport, Martin County, Kentucky.
