Note of Caution: Not be be confused with Ichabod Franklin whose wife was Easter, as that Ichabod had 7 children between 1736 and 1750, all with the same wife, Easter, as documented on his page. Some of these children have been erroneously linked in ancestry family trees to this, Ichabod.
Ichabod Franklin was born on 01 Jul 1713 in Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts to James and Martha Franklin.[1][2][3]
Research Notes
Need to determine WHICH of the two Icahabod Franklins in Bristol County, MA was the one who went to NH. AS the Ichabod whose wife was named Easter has documented children by her born from 1736-1750, it is impossible for him to be the same Ichabod who married Hannah Andrews smack in the middle of that timeframe.
WHICH Ichabod, as again the two are mixed up in this comment/info-
Ichabod was of Swansea, Rehoboth, and Attleboro, Massachusetts, living in Attleboro until 1761 and then moving the family to Winchester, Cheshire County, New Hampshire where they lived during the Revolutionary War.
Raymoure, Dorothy]]. Raymoure Hubbell Franklin Osborne. Grand Rapids, Michigan: 1982. self-published Need to determine if this is a sourced/documented history as most from this timeframe, sadly, are not.
Need to ascertain if this is him or another Ichabod:
