Jessie Bell, the wife of Hugh Johnston Fraser, Merchant in Montréal, was stated as being one of the heirs of her father's estate in August 14, 1862.[5]
Jessie Bell died October 7, 1869 at Pictou, aged 38.[2] She is buried in Haliburton Cemetery. The inscription on her gravestone reads:[1]
