Biography
Ann was born about 1871. She is the daughter of William Freney and Margaret Brierly.
Listed as Ann E age 4 on pass. list.
She married Alfred Keane in 1904.
She died in 1911 aged 36. Her newspaper death notice states she was the daughter of of the late William Freney. His 1906 death notes states his name is William Henry Myers Freney and his wife is Margaret Ellen.[1]
Her illegitimate child's birth gives the middle name Elizabeth.
Research Notes
It is claimed she is an NZ born dau. of William Myners yet an Annie is said to have come with them to NZ. Is the death age wrong and it is the same person or did the first Anne die? No NZ birth registration though and if the 1875 birth is correct, she would have been 12 rather than 16 when George was born, so it seems less likely.

Freney-94 and Freney-27 appear to represent the same person because: they are highly likely to be the same person given the middle name and the comment on her death notice. Birth date may be incorrect.
