Fisher was born in 1888 to Andrew Fry and Mary Napier. Fisher became an ordained minister in 1912 of the Old Bethlehem Association of United Baptist. He performed many marriages, baptisms and funerals throughout Wayne County, West Virginia. He passed away in 1973.
