Biography

Charles was born in 1892. He was the son of Charley Funderburg and Annie Day. He passed away in 1929.

25 Jan 1912 Marriage to Ola Cash in Dekalb County, Alabama [1][2]

1900 census record with his family in Alabama. [3]

1910 census record with his family in Alabama. [4]

1920 census record in Jones County, MS with his wife and three oldest children Idell, Gladys, and Fred. [5]

Wordlaw was killed in an auto accident on a highway in Ellisville, MS in 1929 according to his daughter Idell F. Strawn. Presumably the highway was U S Highway 11. Ellisville is a few miles south of Laurel, MS where Wordlaw lived. [6]
