Charles Gautrot was born about 1729, son of Charles Gautrot (about 1686–before 1759) and Magdelaine Blanchard (1692–1759).

Charles (25) and Marie Dupuis (25) were married in 1755. Marie was born in Grand Pré, Acadia, New France.

Their known son was Charles Gautrot (1756– ).
