Cloe (Geiger) Givhan is a part of US Black heritage.
Cloe (Geiger) Givhan was a South Carolinian.
Cloe lived on a plantation in St. George's Parish in South Carolina, enslaved by Jacob Geiger (bef.1724-aft.1769). Geiger died in 1769, and bequeathed Cloe to his wife, Mary Ann (Morgandollar) Givhan (abt.1743-abt.1789).
- Note: there are two Chloe Giegers, spelled Cloe and Chloe. Cloe 1 was bequeathed to Jacob's wife Mary Ann (Morgandollar) Givhan (abt.1743-abt.1789). Chloe 2 was called "Old Chloe" in the will, and was bequeathed to his daughter Mary Geiger (abt.1768-abt.1771). Please do NOT MERGE. [1]
