Biography
Clement was born in 1877. He is the son of Olivier Girouard and Genevieve Robichaud.
In the 1911 census Clement (age 34), a farmer, was the married head of household in St Paul, New Brunswick.[1]
In the 1921 census Clément (age 40), a farmer, was the married head of household at 100 St Paul, Kent, New Brunswick, Canada.[2]
He passed away in 1949. [3]
