Ernest Goldsworthy is an Anzac who served in World War Two.

Biography

Ernest was born in 1912. He was the son of Ernest Goldsworthy and Ellen Pennell.

When the 2nd World War broke out Ernest was single and working as a Tiler. He enlisted and served as a Gunner/Military with the 7th Anti-Tank Regiment, N.Z. Artillery, Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force, Second Echelon. His next of kin was recorded as WW2 Mrs. E. Goldsworthy, 39 Matai St., Frankton Junction.

He passed away in 1972 at the age of 60.

8 August 1972 - Hamilton Park Cemetery, Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. RSA-08-078[1]
