Biography
Catharina Gondermann was born 1831-05-15 in Schweinsberg, Germany. She was a daughter of Conrad Gondermann (1795-1865) and Catharina Dorothea (Pörcher) Gondermann (1795-1848).
On 1850-03-07, she married Martin Gleiser (1821-1902) in Schweinsberg. They had eight children. Their only surviving son, Conrad, emigrated to the United States around 1882. Her fifth child, Catharina Dorotea, died at eight years old. Her sixth birth was triplets, only one of whom survived to adulthood.
Catharina died 1899-10-16 in Schweinsberg.
