Before March 1813 - they moved to Pittyslvania Co., Virginia.

This indenture made this 23rd day of March 1813 John Goodwin and Jane his wife sell to Beverly Hughes - for139 pounds to them paid land in Halifax on Pole Cat Creek - 139 acres including six acres conveyed to him by his mother - bounded by Martha Goodwin, Beale Goodwin, ?ercd? Anderson and Polecat creek.
