He was born about 1739 in Goochland County, Virginia.
Thomas Goolsby married Abigail Davis (1744-1828)
During the American Revolutionary War he served as a Private and fought in the Cherokee Expedition in August of 1776.
He made his last Will on 22 Nov 1828.
He passed away about 1829 in Goochland County, Virginia. [1]
On 02 Feb 1829 his last Will was in the probate court.
