Biography

Charles Nassau William was born in 1867, according to his gravestone. He was the son of Charles Gowan and Jane Langford. Nassau was married to Rachel Cook in 1896.[1]

His son Charles Clare Gowan died during World War I in 1917 and is buried in France.

Nassau passed away in 1939 and is buried in Birr United Church Cemetery in Middlesex County, north of London, Ontario.
