At the time of the 1940 US Census, head of household Clinton C. Davidson (age 46, born in Georgia) was working as a Carpenter in the Building Construction industry and living in a farmhouse on a farm valued at $800 at 337 Washington Road in Martinez, Militia District 125, Columbia, Georgia, United States with his wife, Lucille Davidson (age 40, born in Georgia) and their six children: Carolyn Davidson (age 16, born in Georgia), Lois Davidson (age 14, born in Georgia), Ina Davidson (age 8, born in Georgia), Clinton C.
