"Be it known that we Henry Grinstead as principle, and C.W. Coleman assurety, are jointly and severally bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of one hundred dollars. The condition of this bond is a follows: That, wereas Marriage is intended to be solemized between the above bound Henry Grinstead and NancyE. Coomes. Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage, this bond shall be void, otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect. Dated at Edmonton, Metcalfe County, this 30 day of Dec 1878.
