Jean Baptiste Guillot lived in Louisiana.
Jean Baptiste was born on December 24, 1792 in Spanish Louisiana. He was the son of Fabien Guillot and Anne Josephe Girouard. He was baptized on August 19, 1793 at Assumption Parish. His baptism sponsors were François Giroir, his uncle, and Marguerite Breau, his second cousin.[1]
He passed away February 5, 1859. He was buried at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery in Plattenville.[2]
