Mrs. Waldemar J. (Norma) Koehn, 80, of 1026 Logan Ave., died at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Sheboygan Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was born Aug. 1, 1892, in Sheboygan, daughter of the late John and Caroline Hacker. She attended Trinity Lutheran School and taught first grade at Trinity for several years. On Oct. 25, 1919, she was married to Mr. Koehn, also of Sheboygan. He is a retired construction company foreman. Mrs. Koehn was a member of Trinity Church and its Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving, besides her husband, are two sons, Arthur, at home, and Richard, of Janes-ville; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Patricia) Luebke of Santa Barbara, Calif.; nine grandchildren; two brothers, John Hacker of Sheboygan and George of Jacksonville, Fla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Alfred Jahnke of Sheboygan and Mrs. Harry Steffen of Beloit. A daughter, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels, with the Rev. Harvey Krueger, Trinity pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapels after 4 p.m. Wednesday. A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Koehn's name for Trinity Together Building Fund.[1][2]
