Biography

Percy Roland Hadley was born in 1901 at Tipton, Staffordshire, England. He was the son of Harry Hadley and Edith White.^[1]

In the 1901 census, Percy (listed as infant Hadley) was age less than 1 month living at Danks Street, Tipton, Staffordshire with his father Harry Hadley (30), mother Edith Hadley (23), siblings Harry V Hadley (8), William H Hadley (1), grandfather Harry Hadley (62).^[2]

In the 1911 census, Percy Roland Hadley was age 10 living at Tipton, Staffordshire with his father Harry Hadley (40), mother Edith Hadley (33), siblings Harry V Hadley (18), William Henry Hadley (11), Leslie John Hadley (7), Constance Hadley (5), Frederick Arthur Hadley (1).^[3]

Percy R Hadley and Gladys Wise married in 1925 at Dudley, Staffordshire.^[4] They probably had three children.
