Biography

His death record shows his grandparents Francis & Mary Handy as his parents. Possibly because his mother died during his birth and 1 of 2 of her older brothers are his father. His birth record shows Lydia is his mother. He died at the State Industrial school at the age of 14 from Tubercular Meningitus.
