Anna Helena was born about 1710 in Uppsala.[1] December 27, 1739, she was living in Norrbärke parish, at Smedjebacken, when she married the bookkeper at Hille bruk, Cornelius Hök,[2] Together they had at least four children.
Anna Maria (1748-1772) married to the diving inspector Johan Winter at Botvide in the parish of Öja.
1743-1747 Cornelius rented Horns Kungsladugård in the parish of Högby on the island of Öland.[5] Then they lived on the farm Munkegård in the same parish when their daughter Anna Maria was born in 1748.[6] Cornelius died in August 1777 and then he lived on the island of Gotland.[7] Anna Helena passed away October 19, 1785, and was buried October 25.[1]
Research Notes
In the estate inventory of the daughter Anna Maria from 1772, there is a debt to the wigmaker Berendt Cornelius Hök in the town of Visby.[8] He might also be a child of Anna Helena and Cornelius. One of his daughters is named Anna Maria and one is named Anna Helena.[9]
