Sarah (16) married William Mangrum Land (23) (born on August 28, 1827 in Henderson, Kentucky, United States; son of Abraham Land Sr. and Sarah Ann (Edwards) Land) on November 14, 1850 in Posey, Indiana. ^[2]Their known son was Silas Marion Land (1860–1935).

Sarah died about April 1, 1888 in Princeton, Gibson, Indiana, aged about 53 and is buried in IOOF Cemetery, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana.^[3][4]
