Biography
Mildred was born in September of 1800 to Joel Vincent Blassingame Harvey Sr. (1764–1836) whom married her mother; Nancy Amzi Clayton (1767-1836), on May 9, 1782 in Charlotte, Virginia[1]
Mildred married Jeremiah "Jerry" Maxwell on January 22, 1821 in Lawrence, Mississippi.[2]
She passed away in August of 1840 in Attala County, Mississippi.[3]
