Haston (age 39, born Tennessee), with his Haston siblings, born Tennessee (age, sex): i) Pearl H. (18, F), ii) Homer D. (10, M). Clint's occupation was a farmer.
In 1920,[5] Claude Haston (age 13, born Tennessee) was living in White County, Tennessee in the household of his father, Clint Haston (age 48, born Tennessee), with his mother, Lola Haston (age 49, born Tennessee). Of note, on the same census enumeration sheet,[5] the family immediately following was that of Claude's brother, Homer Haston; and the family immediately preceding was that of Claude's uncle, Beason Haston.

Claude William Haston died on 14 Jun 1979 in the Sparta Health Care Center, Sparta, White County, Tennessee, [3] [10] and he was buried in the Old Union Cemetery, Sparta, White County, Tennessee, USA. [11] The cause of death was a cerebrovascular accident of 6 weeks duration. Claude was born on 20 Sep 1906 in Tennessee; his parents were Clinton & Lola Belle Haston. Claude's usual occupation had been a radio engineer & farmer. His usual residence had been at R. #3, Sparta, White County, Tennessee. He was married at the time of his death to Margaret Little Haston, who was the informant for the death certificate.
