- "CLOUT, Vera Constance - April 19, 1959 at her residence, 6 Flemington Road, Homebush, dearly beloved wife of Richard (Dick) Leslie Clout and loved sister of William, Thomas and Con (Hayes) Eileen (Mrs. Meredith), Dorothy (Mrs. Mansell), aged 67 years. Requiescat in pace." She was buried at Rookwood (Section M2, Row 20, Plot 2803)
