Sarah was born about 1779, the daughter of Richard Heffer and Jane Scotcher. She was christened on 25 April 1779.
She married John Edwards (son of John Edwards and Martha Smith) in 1803. They had 8 children.
She passed away in 1842 at the age of 63 and is buried in Comberton, Cambridgeshire, England.
