Charles was born in 1894. He was the son of William E. Heinrich and Ella Reiser. He passed away in 1963.
From the 13 May 1909 Henry Republican: The eighth grade pupils of the Harrison school—Rose Stadel, Louis Hofer, Charles Heinrich and Henry Randsom, passed the central examination at school and the final at Lacon, with honors. Henry News-Republican, 6 March 1963: Charles Heinrich Dies Tuesday; Last Rites Friday Funeral services for Charles Heinrich, 68-year-old World War I veteran, who passed away Tuesday, March 5, at St. Margaret’s hospital, Spring Valley, will be held at 9:30 a. m. Friday at St. Mary’s church, the Rev. Laurence Schumacher officiating. Interment will be in Calvary cemetery. Henry post, American Legion, will be in charge of military rites. Friends may call at the Ries mortuary after 2 p. m. Thursday. A son of William and Ella Riser [sic] Heinrich, he was born in Henry on Oct. 20, 1894, and spent his entire life in this community. He was a veteran of World War I and a retired farmer. He had been in failing health for some time. He is survived by one brother, Albert; a nephew, Donald Heinrich, and his wife, Margaret; and one great niece and one great nephew. His parents, also a sister-in-law, Mrs. Albert Heinrich, preceded him in death.
