Regarding her first marriage, the spelling on the NSW Marriage record is 'Hibbird', but court records from 1862 hold further evidence to support this. The testimony from her father (Frederick Hibberd) and locations (Waverly) match. The age in court documents mention she was about 19 years old, which also match her date of birth. [8]
