Biography

Eliza Julia Hildebrand was born in February 1812, in Merrimac, Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. On June 23, 1829, in Jefferson county, Eliza married Bartholomew Herrington. They became the parents of one son, Silas Herrington, born in 1830. Bartholomew died between October 25th and November 16th that same year.

On November 8, 1832, in Jefferson county, Missouri, Eliza [Hildebrand] Herrington married Michael Null. [1] Michael Null, Jr. was born October 8, 1812, in Jefferson county, a son of Michael Null and Marguerite House. Eliza and Michael became the parents of as many as nine children:

  • Felix S. Null, born November 3, 1833, died July 10, 1880, buried in the Seaton cemetery, in Maries county, Missouri married Louis J. Scott, in 1865 [2]
  • Margaret Null, born 1835, died circa 1850, in Dixon, Pulaski county, Missouri
  • Abraham P. Null, born in May, 1837, died circa 1902, married Sarah E. Boley 1848-1903
  • Julia Ann Null, born July 6, 1842, died June 5, 1916, buried in the Seaton Cemetery, in Maries county, Missouri, married John Fielding McKinnon [3]
  • Hulson Null, born 1843
  • Sarah Mary Null, born July 10, 1845, died May 31, 1931, buried in the Seaton Cemetery in Maries county, Missouri, married Nehemiah Hamilton McKinnon [4]
  • Charles Franklin Null, born October 11, 1846, died Novmeber 3, 1886, buried in the Seaton Cemetery, in Maries county, Missouri married Mary Elizabeth Baker [5]
  • Martha Null, born September 15, 1849, died January 21, 1893, in Miller Township, buried in the Seaton Cemetery, Maries county, Missouri, married John Henry Scott [6]
  • Thomas Null, born circa 1850 (from census) [7]

Eliza (Hildebrand) Herrington-Null died circa 1850. Her second husband survived her. On February 25, 1855, in Franklin, Missouri, Michael married Eveline Hensley.
