Biography

Mary (Hollis) Luker was born in Tennessee.

The daughter of David Hollis and Martha (Caperton) Hollis, Huldah was born in Wayne County in 1884.^[1] She married Lee Andrew Luker (1879-1950), the son of William Newton Luker and Sarah Emeline Daniels, marrying in Wayne County on May 23, 1909.^[2] Their children included:

1. Dottie Mae Luker (1911-1965)
2. Otto Luker (1912-1985)
3. Ozro Luker (1915-2001)

They made their home in Wayne County, farming a plot on Waynesboro and Factory Creek Road, in between Lee's parents and brother.^[3][4] Lee later converted to a stock farm^[5] and later relocated to California Brook and Factory Creek Road in Collinwood, Tennessee, in Civil District 10.^[6]

Huldah passed away at the age of 82 and is buried at Bethlehem Cemeter, Wayne County, Tennessee.^[7]
