Biography

Adelaide May "Bluebell" Holmes (married name Goad) was born in 1893 in Korumburra, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of William Henry Carter Holmes and Agnes Adelaide Holmes.^[1]

She married Charles Henry Goad on 5 April 1917 at the union church in Arawata, Victoria.^[2][3][4] Their children were:^[5]

• Charles William Goad (1919–1981)
• Roy Carter Goad (1920–1921)
• Clive Henry Roy Goad (1921–1999)
• John Lawrence Goad (1925–2004)
• Three more children, for seven total

Bluebell died on 27 March 1978 in Korumburra.^[3][6]
