I will answer my own question. The "Source" provided regards the "Ancestors of Robert Carl Cook". This "Source" indicates that John H. Hoover and wife Martha are the parents of the Ines, Daniel, Fanny and Samuel. I believe this may be correct. Also, Martha may be "Martha Stoutmeyer", however I have not yet found confirmation of this.
