Biography

Eva was the daughter of H. Thomas Hoover and Mariah Barbara Warlick. She and her twin brother, John Philip, were born on January 15, 1784 as was documented by her father. She married Jacob Brem, perhaps on May 09, 1812. They are purported to have lived in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Eva is mentioned in the wills of both her father and her brother, Thomas B. Hoover.
