Nathaniel House was baptized on 2 Apr 1758 in the First Congregational Church of Hanover, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts[1], son of David House II (1731 - 1804) and Rhoda (Mott) House (1736 - 1778).

Nathaniel married Lillis Palmer (1757 - ) on 29 Aug 1777 in Hanover, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.[2] [3]
