Charles Howe was a member of the aristocracy in England.

He m. Elianor (d. 25 July 1696), only daughter and heiress of Sir William Pargiter, of Greatworth, Northamptonshire, and widow of Sir Henry Dering. They had 3 sons and three da., and Leonora Maria was the only child to survive her mother.
