Biography
Thomas Jefferson Howe was born on 15 Jan 1827 in Le Ray, New York to parents Gideon Howe and Mary O Jeffers. He married Sarah Mercy Chapman on 6 May 1861 in New York. Children: Fanny Louisa, Jessie Budrow, Harry Chapman. He died on 27 Oct 1908 in Owatonna, Minnesota.
He worked as a machinist and surveyor.
