Robert was born 4 Oct 1784 in Dublin, Ireland to John Hutton, coachbuilder and Priscilla Dix. he married caroline crompton in Childwall, lancashire in 1821[1].
he was an irish Whig Politician who entered the house of commons on 24 July 1837 and left 23 June 1841.[2]
