Gerretje (also known as Gertrude) was baptized September 12, 1731 in the Reformed Dutch Church of Kinderhook, New York, recorded as the child of Roelof Janze and Elizabeth Janze.[1]
She married Johannes Huyck on 22 September 1753. [2]
Two children are known to have been born from this marriage. She died in 1762, and Johannes Huyck remarried.[3]
