Lieuwe Jans Jansma was born on February 17, 1786, in Opeinde, Friesland, Netherlands, the son of Jan Klaases and Sytske Johannes.[1][2] He was baptized on April 16, 1786, in Rottevalle, Friesland, Netherlands.[1]
He married Teike Wiebes Schaaf, the daughter of Wiebe Tjeerds Schaaf and Sypkjen Teyes de Jong, on March 29, 1823, in Smallingerland, Friesland, Netherlands.[2]
He passed away 5 Feb 1851 [citation needed] in Rottevalle, Smallingerland, Friesland, Netherlands. [citation needed]
